As a coach, I help clients get results. I am highly invested in helping clients discover and uncover their skills, talents and abilities, and overcome barriers to becoming their own personal best. I believe in my clients, offer new hope, point out their strengths and successes, and help them see their goals through to the end. Clients say I am energetic, understanding, and engaging.
With my diverse background and depth of knowledge in a variety of areas, I have the unique ability to incorporate my education; life experience; skills; and talents in a way that allows me to understand my clients and how they function. I meet them where they are at in life and bring richness and added value to their lives.
I am able to provide clients with an overall wellness experience that spans from better health to overall life balance. Clients, particularly those on the go, enjoy the benefits of working with a high-quality service provider they can trust, one who listens to their wants and needs and has a vested interest in them.

What Clients Say
"After hearing about coaching from the Executives at work, I decided to give it a try. This was a new adventure for me. Kris challenged me to take action and gave me the desire to keep pushing forward when I didn't have the strength to go it alone. She was like the friend I used to bike 16 miles with each day who provided me with the c'mon when the idea of biking the long road ahead left me overwhelmed and exhausted.
Kris gave me the courage to take control of my life in a way that I was not used to. When I pointed out challenges I was dealing with in my life and work, she listened to what I told her then helped me uncover things I didn't even know I was doing that kept me from being as successful as I wanted to be.
She asked me questions (rather than giving me facts) that forced me to look at myself and my decisions in a different way. If she had just told me what I needed to know, I don't think I would have internalized things the same way. Kris helped me see just how obvious some of the answers were. I learned that I was standing in my own way of being who I wanted to be.
You have to see for yourself, but a coach is someone who can have you look in the right direction."

"As a coach, Kris is optimistic and encouraging. She is a good listener and asks good questions. She cares about what is important to me and remembers what I tell her. She believes in me and inspires me to work harder to achieve my goals. I can count on her to be there for me no matter what's going on in my life. Kris looks forward to hearing about my "wins" and motivates me to achieve more."

"Kris walks with me every step of the way- when I am overwhelmed, she helps me simplify the issues I am struggling with and reminds me to stay focused on the main thing- whatever that is at the time. She keeps track of goals I have met and those I am working on. She reminds me how far I've come when I get discouraged and keeps me focused on the future."

"What a lovely newsletter! I love it on so many levels. First, of course, the title...Bruised and Battered (alliteration and to the point). Next is the narrative that parallels so much of our lives. My favorite part is the list of suggestions: #3, #6 and #7 are the ones I need to work on."

My Purpose
My Purpose
As a coach, I have found great joy in working with clients who are ready to break free from their day-to-day routines; take risks; create new possibilities for their lives; and live fuller, more fulfilling lives. Being able to hear them “come alive” over the phone as they experience “ah-ha” moments, triumph over life challenges and difficulties, and celebrate victories is a gift.
Many people dream of a better life but never take the necessary steps to bring their dreams to pass. Without realizing it, they expend precious energy talking and dreaming about what they want instead of going after it. I was once just a dreamer myself. I made a decision to take charge of my life and to create a plan and take consistent action to get what I want.
On the way to pursuing my dreams I had to conquer fears, break through significant barriers, and endure many hardships. Through this process, I discovered I was more resilient than I ever imagined I could be. I learned how to persevere against all odds, increase my self-confidence, and become the strong, accomplished woman I was created to be.
Scripture verses that got me through my darkest days:
Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see (Hebrews 11:1 NIV). For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV).
